We talk about fairness quite a lot. And why wouldn’t we? It’s the whole reason we pioneered our pay-by-mile car insurance: to try and give lower mileage drivers a fairer option.
But fairness is actually only 1 of the 5 virtues that underpin our culture here at By Miles – the others being respect, growth, efficiency and ambition. Every quarter we vote for colleagues who we’ve seen embodying those qualities.
